WHAT IS A SUBSCRIPTION?
A subscription is more than just tickets – it’s a guaranteed night out, a chance to create memories, and an experience you won’t forget.
By joining our Broadway In Boston family, you’ll unlock special perks like:

What is a Season Option?
Season Options are shows that are not part of any subscription package, but are available for purchase in addition to the subscription package so you can enjoy as much Broadway as you wish each season. These shows are typically familiar fan favorites or big blockbuster titles that have been a part of the subscription package in an earlier season and are returning to Boston for an encore engagement or one of our resident productions. Season Subscribers receive priority access to buy their tickets for Season Options before the general public. You may purchase tickets to these shows by logging out and logging back in to your account once you have completed the purchase of your season subscription for the upcoming season.
Health & Safety
Broadway In Boston has a current health and safety plan in place that has been developed in collaboration with our partners at the Citizens Bank Opera House and the Emerson Colonial Theatre, and is in accordance with local, state and federal guidelines.
Our Commitment To You
The value of your ticket is safe.
In the event we need to cancel any performance for any reason, you will have the option to receive a refund.
If your performance is postponed or rescheduled, we will automatically move your tickets to the new performance date(s). If you are unable to attend the new dates, we will work with you to find a solution, which may include, without limitation, an exchange into an alternate performance or a credit for a future performance.

Season Options are not included in season package. Additional purchase required.
Any requests for adjustments to the season subscription standard benefits or show offerings must be completed by the season subscription renewal deadline, and are limited to one request per subscription account per season. After the renewal deadline only the benefits associated with the package will be offered.
Prices, shows, dates, schedules, venues and artists are subject to change without notice. Depending on production requirements, seating may occasionally become available in the orchestra pit without notice. Season Subscriptions, and all Tickets and Additional Tickets purchased under any Subscription, are subject to the Broadway Across America® Standard Season Subscription Terms and Conditions posted on our website at BroadwayAcrossAmerica.com/SubscriberTerms. By purchasing a Season Subscription, you agree to such Terms and Conditions.
The price of each subscription seat reflects the face value of your tickets, as well as $50 in processing fees, $27.25 in facility fees, all applicable taxes, and, if applicable, the Premium Subscription fee noted below.
†Premium Subscriptions include a $125 fee for each subscription seat purchased. Premium Subscribers receive priority access to premium seat locations, prior to tickets being places on sale to the general public. Premium Subscribers receive all of the benefits of Traditional Subscribers, plus additional benefits, including access to the Citizens Bank Opera House VIP Lounge during intermission, including a private bar and restroom and complimentary soft drinks.
Traditional Subscribers receive the convenience of season tickets, including priority access to Broadway performances before the general public, easy ticket exchanges, and parking and restaurant discounts.
